Acceptance Of Terms
By enrolling in the Aloha Discount Program ("Program") with The Shaka Brah, you ("Employer" or "Participant") agree to abide by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and The Shaka Brah.
Eligibility
The program is available to local businesses with more than fifteen (15) employees. To participate, the employer must complete the contact form on The Shaka Brah website, providing their name, proof of the number of employees, and company contact details/address
Enrollment And Verification
Upon submission of The Contact Form, The Shaka Brah will review the application for completeness and eligibility. Additional documentation may be requested to verify the number of employees and business details. Once verified, The Shaka Brah will issue a unique discount code and QR code ("Discount Code") to the employer.
Discount Code Usage
Employees of the registered business ("Employees") are eligible to receive a fifteen percent (15%) discount ("The Aloha Discount") on food purchases at The Shaka Brah locations only, no online orders. Employees must be physically present at the time of purchase and present the QR code to receive the discount. Employees may use the discount for purchases made on behalf of themselves and immediate family only. The discount code is applicable to food items only and cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts.
Responsibilities
Of The Employer
The employer is responsible for distributing the discount code to their employees. The employer must ensure the discount code is used in accordance with these terms and is not misused.
Termination And
Modification
The Shaka Brah reserves the right to modify or terminate the program or these terms at any time, with or without notice. Misuse of the discount code or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the employer's participation in the program.
